Loveeee this gym. It’s got a TON of equipment to choose from that target every body part the right way. No wasted movements here. Whether you’re someone just trying to lose a few lbs or a competitor, this gym has it all. Grabbing a cardio machine is easy as well. While you might have to fight over treadmills and stair masters at other gyms, this gym has more than enough for everyone! The owners are the nicest most genuine ppl as well.
